Pixeling Friends Monthly Theme Club
Terms of Use:
1. All sig tags must be linked back to www.pixelingfriends.org
2. You must link your Licenses for Lines, tubes, bases, emoticons etc. to www.pixelingfriends.org and any lines, bases, tubes etc...created for this theme must not be altered, shared or offered to members or for profit "AS IS" unless you have purchased the 'AS IS' membership for a specific monthly theme.
3. You will receive a username and password to gain entrance to the theme club and you must not share this login with anyone else. Violators will be banned and not allowed to sign up for upcoming themes! Nor will your money be refunded for violation of terms.
4. It is your responsibility to download the content of the specific month you are a member during the specific month. If for some reason you are not able to download the content for a specific month, please make sure and let us know in advance and we will save your things for you and email to you at a later date. (this is not something that should be happening on a continuous basis)
AS IS terms of Use:
1. All of the above terms of use which are for the regular membership do apply to the AS IS membership.
2. You are allowed to color the lines and offer as is in your members' area, but must make sure to have your AS IS logo displayed and required for your members to link back to www.pixelingfriends.org as the original creator of the lines when using colored lines.
3. You can offer the bases
AS IS in your members' area but you must include the logo and link
back to www.pixelingfriends.org
4. Your members must clothe the bases before they can offer the bases to
their members and must include a link back to
www.pixelingfriends.org (we will
supply you with a linking logo which shows that pixeling friends is the original
creator of the base, lines, and/or tubes).
5. You can put the tube packs in your member's area but again you must have the
linking logo back to
www.pixelingfriends.org and your member's must show a link back to
www.pixelingfriends.org when using
the tubes.
